Shipping policy
We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries however occasionally we may have to use an alternative courier for some post codes.
The costs displayed for postage also include packaging and all costs involved with packing your parcel to posting it and also the cost involved with taking payment for the Postage and Packaging costs, we do however try to keep our delivery fees as low as we possibly can.
Delivery times vary and we do have a processing period prior to dispatch, this can be anywhere between One to Three Working Days. Most of our items are handmade and can sometimes take time to make before dispatch is possible.
Royal Mail parcels are posted second class for parcels up to 2kg in weight and as long as the parcel meets the size requirements of Royal Mail, Delivery through Royal Mail can between 2-7 days.
Please note that where an incorrect address has been registered your parcel may be delayed or even returned back to us. Awesome Botanical Ltd can not be responsible for this. A returned parcel via a courier company costs £12 to return to us, Royal Mail return at no cost. Any refund will be less the return shipping costs. In the event that a parcel has not been delivered within 3 days of the dispatch email when the courier service has been selected please email us and we will investigate. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days have passed, in the event that your parcel has not been delivered in 5 working days after the dispatch email, please do make us aware, there is little that we can do but we will help where we can.
