Cancellation Policy - Make your own Spa Products

Should you need to cancel a workshop:

If you contact us 14 days or more prior to the date of your class we will be very happy to offer you either a transfer to an alternative workshop, providing there are places. If there are no suitable workshops or dates available at that time, we will issue you with a voucher that can be used for future bookings, or you can request a full refund. 

If you cancel between 13 days and 72 hours before your chosen date, we will offer a 50% refund and if we can fill your position then the remaining 50% will be refunded. We will do our very best to fill the gap but of course there are no guarantees.

Any cancellation within 72 hours will incur the full cost as we will have no option but to run the workshop even if numbers fall below minimum. In the event that you cancel within 2 weeks and incur a payment  we will ensure you continue to receive a copy of the comprehensive workshop notes.

Minimum numbers are 2, maximum 4 and if just 1 person is booked on an alternative date or refund will be offered.

We always appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise which may mean you cannot attend at short notice so we are more than happy for a friend to take your place. Please let us know their name and contact details prior to the class.

Our Right To Cancel

Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances we will aim to give you as much notice as possible. We will then be in touch to reschedule the class to suit all attendees. If it is not possible to reschedule, gift vouchers will be issued which can be used on any of our workshops or redeemed in our gift shop or online, if you are booking accommodation or have travel expenses I cannot be responsible for those. 

Vouchers;

Any vouchers provided by us are non-refundable and are only redeemable against workshops. These will be valid for 12 months from the date stated on the voucher.

Please note, public group classes are only suitable for age 16. 

A reminder will emailed to you a couple of days prior to your workshop.
